Joan Richards – Conveyancing Paralegal

Joan Richards is an experienced conveyancer and paralegal who assists with property, probate and estate management matters.

Joan has a wealth of experience in this field, having worked in her husband’s law firm and then owning and operating her own conveyancing practice for many years.

Joan understands the stress clients can feel when carrying out a property sale or purchase, or when administering a deceased estate. She works with mdp McDonald Partners’ lawyers to deliver low cost and effective legal services to these clients using her many years of experience in dealing with these matters and liaising with both the Probate Office and the Land Titles Office.
