Nicole Segal has extensive experience in providing commercial and corporate advice to a diverse range of businesses, from listed public companies to privately owned and operated companies.

Nicole is a skilled negotiator and her ability to apply both legal and industry knowledge ensures that clients achieve excellent commercial results, particularly in transaction-based works such as the sale or purchase of businesses and joint venture arrangements.

Her practice also focuses on corporate governance issues for directors of public and proprietary companies. In addition, she has advised on all aspects of franchising including setting up systems and documentation, as well as dealing with the day to day issues.
