mdp McDonald Partners wants to remain a provider of legal services in a boutique environment as we prefer the culture and atmosphere of a smaller firm and the ability to develop friendlier and closer relationships with our clients. Michael McDonald has been approached on numerous occasions by large law firms with offers of partnership but he always refuses as he prefers the flexibility a boutique firm gives him to pursue other business interests which provide not only greater balance, but also real time business experience and a broader commercial outlook that is invaluable to clients of the firm.

We strive to provide our clients with timely and cost-effective legal solutions, and for this reason we are great advocates of taking pre-emptive steps to avoid future legal problems. Whether it is registering a trade mark, creating a business succession plan, or writing or updating a will, a small investment of time and money can prevent lengthy and costly legal complications from arising in the future. We always encourage our clients to raise legal planning issues such as these with us so that we can identify potential problems and assist you to prevent them from arising at a less convenient time in the future.

We provide costs estimates for our services, and in the event that these estimates have to be revised, we advise our clients of this as and when this occurs so that they always know where they stand.
