Having acted for landlords of large shopping centre developments both in the transactional and dispute resolution matters, she has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, the Retail Leases Act 2003, agreements for leases for large developments and also dispute resolution in the commercial leasing sphere.

Her agricultural property knowledge spans transactions relating to farming going concerns, complex water law transactions which include subdivision and transfers of a combination of land and water entitlements, and advisory work, for instance unusual restrictive covenant and easement issues.
